Vinification: manual picking, removal of grape stalks-pressing, maceration for 20 days in wood tubs of French durmast. After the alcoholic fermentation, the wine is decanted into French durmast barrels to complete naturally the malolactic fermantation.

Ageing: 12 mesi in French wood barrels

Refinement: for 12 months in bottle

Alcohol Content: 13.5%
